Good Place to Launch Model Rockets in Polk County?

Do you know of a good place to launch model rockets in Polk County? The large field by Polk Community College in Winter Haven is where we have launched in the past, but with any wind at all your rocket is due to drift into a street/yard, etc.
I welcome any suggestions.

Additional info for rocket launch.
I can be reached at polkaero@earthlink.net
We follow all NAR safety rules, and always have several rockets available for kids to launch at no charge. Just a way to get the younger people interested in the hobby. We usually fly "A" thru "E" motors, sometimes a few "F" motors. We try to stay under 2500 ft, we don't have a FAA waiver. Plus, too high and it will drift into trees, anywhere in Florida. Anyone interested, please let us know.
