Construction on the new residential lofts in downtown Lakeland is coming along nicely. The steel frame is going up and the central column for the elevator is complete. The lofts are being built on Kentucky Avenue across the street from Munn Park. While I was in Lakeland today, I took this shot and a few others.

In addition, the renovation of Crispers is also underway. The sign says they should be open around Oct 2nd.
