PEER FL pointed to this a while ago, but I checked it out for the first time today. Associated Industries of Florida (a lobbying group) is running a 'blog' about the 2006 legislative session. The content is very inside-baseball and would appeal to the die-hard political junkie. I'll refer to it as a journal rather than a blog though since there is no way for a reader to comment directly and engage in a conversation.
