When Does Cypress Gardens Sue?

The big news this past weekend was the 'accident' at Cypress Gardens. Initial reports were that a child had fallen off the Triple Hurricane and had been airlifted to Tampa. That's all we had the first night. Of course speculation ran wild. As of today we now know that the young boy stood up on the ride as part of a dare. The ride restraint system did not fail.
You know that if CG was 'at fault' that the boy's family would be filing suit shortly, but how about the reverse? Cypress Gardens should sue the boy for lost revenue related to his 'dare'.
From a press coverage standpoint, Jen has a great post comparing media coverage of this accident to recent Disney accidents.

Whether intentional or not, it seems as though the customer is to blame in many incidents at theme parks. It's imperative that people use good judgment as to whether or not they/their child should ride, actually read the warnings and not goof around when on the rides.
