Thomas Oldt does a good job of exposing the Polk County Opportunity Council's cluelessness in his latest column, but this quote says it all: If ever there were an organization that needed professional guidance, it's PCOC. That they don't want to spend $9,000 for a consultant but will spend upward of $20,000 for their legal defense speaks volumes about their priorities. |
