Publix Tops Customer Satisfaction for Supermarkets, But What About Whole Foods?

Something we all know...Publix has ranked once again as the top supermarket in customer satisfaction. It's the twelfth year in a row that they've topped the list.
Looking at the ACSI site Publix beat out Supervalu, Kroger, Winn-Dixie, Albertson's, Safeway and Wal-Mart. Missing from the list are the smaller upscale stores like Fresh Market and Whole Foods. My friends that shop at either one of those stores rate them much better than Publix. Of course Fresh Market and Whole Foods are skewed to a different market and they have far fewer locations (Whole Foods has 8 stores in Florida).
